1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NabhSpace AI ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License
NabhSpace AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the plan you have purchased. Unlimited License plans allow installation on an unlimited number of devices owned or controlled by you or your organization.
3. Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)
NabhSpace AI operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and managing your own API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). NabhSpace AI does not store, share, or have access to your API keys. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.
4. Data Privacy & Local Storage
All your conversations, canvases, and files are stored locally on your device by default. NabhSpace AI does not collect, transmit, or have access to your workspace content. We do not train AI models on your data. You retain full ownership of all content created within the Software.
5. One-Time Payment & Updates
Starter plan purchases include one year of updates from the date of purchase. Professional (Lifetime) plan purchases include lifetime updates. Enterprise plans include terms as agreed separately. No recurring charges apply beyond your initial purchase.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at info@nabhspaceai.com within 7 days. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be denied if the Software has been used extensively.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) resell or redistribute the Software without written permission; (c) use the Software for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose; (d) remove any proprietary notices from the Software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. NabhSpace AI makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NabhSpace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via our website or email.
