NabhSpace AI stores everything locally on your device. We don't see your conversations, don't touch your API keys, and don't train models on your data. Your privacy is the product, not the cost.

NabhSpace AI is built around a fundamental principle: your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
NabhSpace AI does NOT collect: (a) your AI conversations or workspace content — these are stored entirely on your local device; (b) your API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or any other provider; (c) your files, documents, or canvas data; (d) your prompts, outputs, or model interactions.
3. Data We May Collect
We may collect limited, non-personally identifiable data for product improvement, such as: (a) crash reports and anonymous error logs (with your permission); (b) general usage statistics (e.g., which features are used, without content); (c) license validation data to verify your purchase. Any such collection is opt-in and clearly disclosed.
4. Local Storage
By default, all NabhSpace AI workspace data — including chats, canvases, and uploaded files — is stored locally on your device using your operating system's file system. No cloud sync occurs unless you explicitly configure a third-party cloud storage integration.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
When you use your API keys within NabhSpace AI, your prompts are sent directly to the respective AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). These requests go directly from your device to the provider and are subject to each provider's privacy policy. NabhSpace AI does not intercept, store, or have access to these requests.
6. Purchase & Payment Data
We use third-party payment processors for handling purchases. We do not store your payment card details. We retain only the information necessary to validate your license (e.g., email address, purchase date, license tier).
7. Communications
If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain your message and contact details solely for the purpose of responding to you. We will not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
8. Cookies & Website
Our marketing website (nabhspaceai.com) may use minimal cookies for analytics and performance. The desktop application itself does not use cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
NabhSpace AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
